Job summary

King Soopers, based in Colorado, is seeking a Store e-Commerce supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in daily operations and uphold our values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

You will help meet customer expectations, ensure compliance with laws and guidelines, train staff for selector and customer attendant duties, and act as the department lead when the manager is unavailable. Join a team focused on reliable service and efficient order processing.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and customer attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organize staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed by e-Commerce teams.
• Provide feedback on daily performance and annual reviews.
• Work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environments.
• Manage conflict in a respectful and cooperative manner.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues.
• Provide support with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
