Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC in Berwick, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will help with opening/closing, merchandise flow from delivery to floor, payroll and scheduling, and loss prevention while upholding company policies. This role offers growth within a leading discount retailer and a collaborative store team.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and ability to interpret directives.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling processes.
