You will assist with day-to-day activities, organize merchandise flow from delivery to floor, and help manage payroll, scheduling, and cash handling. Strong customer service and leadership will be essential for a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Store supervisor experience or equivalent in retail, grocery, or drug store environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures.
