Job summary

You’ll oversee fulfillment, brand presentation, and store standards while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture and supporting peak retail operations, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to drive sales.
• Partner with team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop team members on operational processes and selling behaviors.
