Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. This role drives store execution, inventory control, staffing and customer service excellence while building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy under strong leadership.

This full‑time position offers a 40‑hour workweek with a pay range of $19.00–$29.00 per hour. CVS Health provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor (preferred)
