Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. This role drives store execution, performance, and customer service excellence while supporting the Store Manager in leading a productive team in a CVS/pharmacy setting.

You will oversee store management, sales and inventory, staffing and development, financial management, and a continuous focus on customer satisfaction. The position is full-time with a 40-hour week and a pay range of $20.00–$34.00 per hour, plus
