Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance, build consumer loyalty, supervise the store crew, and support the Store Manager with planning and leadership.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends. The pay range is $18.00–$28.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible colleagues. Anticipated weekly hours are 40.

• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing ability.
