Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager for a CVS/pharmacy store. You will lead a store team, supervise daily activities, and drive customer service and store performance under the Store Manager’s guidance.

The role requires full-time availability with a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Salary ranges from $18 to $28 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
