Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a CVS/pharmacy store. You will oversee store management, sales and inventory, staffing, training, development, and financials while driving customer service excellence to build loyalty and trust.

You’ll lead a store team, communicate clearly, and implement plans for operational improvements. A high school diploma is preferred, with a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).
