CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team to drive store execution, performance and customer service while building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy. You will lead a store team, model initiative and accountability.

Key duties include store management, sales and inventory, staffing and development, financial oversight and customer service leadership. This full-time role requires a flexible schedule; pay is $18.00–$28.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).
