Qualifications

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Company Best Practices and maximize productivity.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Schedule Associates to meet business objectives.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with personnel policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee payroll administration and reporting.
• Direct supervision of Store Associates.
