Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of the sales floor at our Flagstaff store and support GCNA’s mission to empower individuals and strengthen communities.

You will oversee staffing, training, customer service, inventory, and store standards; travel to other GCNA locations for training; collaborate with support teams to ensure policy compliance and community engagement.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Leads day-to-day operations of the sales floor and trains staff to standards.
