Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-volume flooring store in Los Angeles.

You will drive sales budgets, oversee customer service, merchandising, and staff development while ensuring safety and operational standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, training, and performance reviews; analyzing reports such as P&L and CPR; maintaining brand standards; and coordinating with corporate for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and be a self-starter.
• Proven recruiting, hiring, and training abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Merchandising strategies and store presentation.
• Maintain sign and inventory accuracy; loss prevention.
• Collaborate with executives to ensure customer-focused environment.
• Schedule staffing during peak periods.
• Review business reports (P&L, CPR, BAT) and act on findings.
