At Home is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Operations to support the Store Manager in leading store operations, financial performance, and team development in a large-format retail environment.

You will train and develop the Operations Leads and Zone Lead team, oversee staffing and payroll accuracy, drive efficiency, ensure safety and visual standards, and foster a positive, inclusive culture that delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of leadership experience in big-box or high-volume retail.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 20+ Team Members and manage $5M in annual revenue or budget.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS/workforce scheduling systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional in-store experiences.

• Lead store operations to meet sales, profit, and performance goals while delivering a customer-focused shopping experience.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent; build internal bench strength and succession plans.
• Coach and develop staff to improve performance and advance careers.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy while monitoring financial and operational metrics.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee front-end operations to ensure efficiency and readiness.
• Direct freight, inventory, stocking, and merchandising to maintain in-stock conditions and visuals.
• Drive store effectiveness through customer satisfaction, shrink control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Address team member and customer concerns with urgency and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws; foster a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Lead team communication through regular huddles and meetings; perform additional duties as assigned.
