Job summary

Asda is seeking an Operations Manager in Belvedere to drive excellent store execution and implement effective routines. You will lead and coach managers to improve availability, waste and shrink, while delivering strong selling performance across Ambient, Fresh, George and General Merchandising in a large format store.

You will build a culture of accountability and care, recognising effort and developing talent.

• Ability to coach teams to improve routines and standards
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise in a fast-paced store

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent execution across the store and maintain consistent routines.
• Review store processes to improve metrics for availability, waste and shrink.
• Lead and coach store managers to deliver high standards in Ambient, Fresh, and General Merchandising.
• Embed wage control and contract base management while meeting selling objectives.
• Foster a heart-led culture, recognise effort, and support open, respectful conversations on the shop floor.
