ASDA is seeking an Online Manager to oversee day-to-day online operations in-store, ensuring engagement, route planning, and customer satisfaction. The role drives shrink governance, picker/driver resources, and scheduling to maintain accuracy and service levels.

Ideal candidates have online retail leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience with flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead online shrink agenda with structured process and data-driven decisions.
• Validate picker and driver resources for the store through rota planning.
• Drive picking accuracy to guarantee consistency in online operation.
• Translate strategy into action during trading and operations on the shop floor.
