Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication to develop store personnel and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to improve performance and sales.
• Assists in developing action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
