Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Communicates responsibilities and expectations to staff; leads and develops personnel.
• Assists in action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Leads store tours during interview events and provides hiring recommendations.
• Ensures scheduling aligns with store needs and manages weekly schedules.
• Stock shelves and follow merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
