Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail/grocery/drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and stock merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and well-stocked shelves.
• Protect and secure all company assets and cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and store procedures.
