Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support store leadership and performance. You will drive store execution, supervise teams, manage inventory and finances, and foster strong customer service to build loyalty. The role requires adapting to early morning, overnight and weekend shifts as needed.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead by example, communicate openly with the crew, and implement action plans for service improvements while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication, leadership and supervision abilities.
• Willingness to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
