Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team. The role focuses on store execution, performance, and customer service to build loyalty within the community.

Under the Store Manager, you will lead a productive team, drive sales and inventory management, and oversee staffing and development. Essential duties include managing the store, supervising crew, communicating clearly, and supporting improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
