Job summary

The Operations Manager at CVS Health is a key member of the Store Management team, driving store execution, inventory management and customer service excellence to build loyalty. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, you’ll lead a motivated team, implement policies, and oversee financials and staffing to deliver strong results.

This full-time role requires flexibility, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
