Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team in Canton, MA. You will help drive store execution and performance, building consumer loyalty through outstanding customer service and by supporting the Store Manager with strategic leadership.

The role focuses on overall store management, sales and inventory, staffing and development, and financial oversight. It is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week and a pathway that avoids the Retail Management

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and work effectively with the store team.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors openly and timely.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service leadership and vendor coordination.
