Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution, performance, and customer loyalty through exceptional service. You will support the Store Manager, supervise staff, and ensure strong financial and inventory management in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a full-time Operations Manager, you will lead a team, handle staffing, training, and development while fostering a culture of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability and strong analytical skills with good computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities are required.
• Willingness to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and supervise daily activities.
• Communicate information to staff and supervisors openly and timely.
• Support Store Manager with operational and service improvement plans.
