CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while delivering excellent customer service and building shopper loyalty across CVS/pharmacy.

Under the Store Manager, you will lead a motivated store team, supervise daily activities, manage staffing and training, and contribute to financial and inventory controls. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a pathway for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Willing to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors openly and promptly.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank).
