Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the sales floor, drive sales goals, and manage daily operations. You will build and mentor a high-performing team of Retail Sales Associates while ensuring excellent donor and customer service.

The role includes maintaining store standards, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring policies on security, health, and safety are followed. High integrity and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in Retail Management.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Executes retail operations plan to hit daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit and revenue.
• Directs day-to-day retail operations within the store area.
• Keeps inventory accurate and reports results.
