Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Renton location. You will assist with day-to-day functions, guide associates, and ensure stock, merchandising, and cleanliness meet standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Maintain neat, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure assets, including store cash.
• Lead and develop Store Associates under Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional customer interactions.
