Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, improve performance, and build customer loyalty through exceptional service under the Store Manager's supervision.

Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, sales and inventory, staffing and training, financial management, and customer service leadership. The role requires full-time hours, a flexible schedule, and a base pay range of $20.00–$34.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime and urgent issues.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.
