CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Store Management team in a full-time role. You will lead store execution, supervise staff, manage sales and inventory, and drive customer service excellence.

This position supports CVS/pharmacy operations and reports to the Store Manager. Ideal candidates have retail supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing ability.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed.
