Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, supervise staff, manage inventory and financials, and work to build customer loyalty through outstanding service.

Under Store Manager supervision, you will lead by example, coordinate staffing, training, and development, and respond to urgent issues while maintaining schedule flexibility including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical skills with computer proficiency.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing ability.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store.
