Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. The role focuses on driving store execution, performance and customer service while building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will lead a motivated team, supervise staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and finances, and communicate with crew and supervisors to execute plans and improve service.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
