• Experience: Previous retail leadership is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; BA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members for execution.
• Assist Store Manager with operations, drive sales and profit, prioritize tasks, and execute store missions.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and policy compliance.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and bank deposits.
