Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Missouri is seeking a seasoned retail leader to manage daily store operations and drive sales while delivering Legendary Customer Experience. You will lead Team Members, oversee scheduling, training, and compliance, and partner with the Store Manager on profitability and community engagement.

The ideal candidate has previous retail leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and works well in a fast-paced environment. 18+ with a valid license preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or the equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail leadership experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, drive sales and profitability, and prioritize tasks.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Experience and coach team members.
• Manage hiring, training, and adherence to policies.
• Perform opening/closing, cash handling, and balance deposits.
