Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or equivalent, plus supervisory experience.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Leadership and prior experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, including hiring, training, mentoring, and setting expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service leadership and ensure standards are met across store operations.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote company-wide initiatives.
