Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Jimmy John Manager Certification
• ServSafe Manager Certification
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Able to train and perform all Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper and Delivery Driver roles
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress store environments
• Strong organization and prioritization with minimal supervision
• Willingness to coach and supervise staff on store operations
