Job summary

The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently, with a focus on leadership, system execution, and 100% integrity. This is a bonus-eligible position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly during shifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout shift.
• Work a 40+ hour week.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be able to perform, teach and train all listed positions as needed.
• Handle fast-paced and high-stress store environments.
• Organize priorities with minimal supervision.
• Willing to coach and task-manage employees on store operations.
