Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a General Manager to oversee all in-store operations, including staffing, food safety, inventory, COGS, cash handling, and brand compliance. The role requires strong leadership, self-motivation, and the ability to execute systems with integrity, and is bonus-eligible.

Applicants must be 18+, possess a valid driver license with a clean driving record, and hold ServSafe Manager as well as Jimmy John Manager Certification.

Qualifications

• Oversee all aspects of in-store operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Requires ServSafe Manager Certification and Jimmy John Manager Certification.
• Strong leadership and ability to train staff.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage inventory/stock ordering and COGS.
• Handle cash and ensure brand compliance.
• Lead by example to maintain 100% store integrity and performance.
