Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and providing training.
• Follow work processes to manage merchandise including stocking and rotating.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and control damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation as directed.
• Ensure cashier accountability and deposit procedures; request refunds/overrides as needed.
• Assist with management of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
