Qualifications

• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; control damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Support planograms and ensure merchandise presentation per standards.
• Ensure cashier accountability, cash control, refunds/overrides, tills and deposits.
• Assist with store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
