Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and supervising the team.
• Help develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish clear job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to grow the team.
• Communicate company strategy and core values to foster teamwork.
• Provide product feedback and recommend items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures and cash control policies.
• Resolve customer concerns in the absence of the direct leader.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage.
• Support stock levels and product ordering to maintain availability.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales and ensure freshness and signage accuracy.
• Assist in payroll management and budget tracking; support training of new employees.
