Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, payroll, scheduling, cash handling and loss prevention, maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom, and training Store Associates.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.

• Protect company assets, including store cash, and ensure policy compliance.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
