Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets of Hibbett City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation of personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments when needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain exceptional customer service as outlined in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett City Gear.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards as documented.
• Contribute to internal controls and report potential fraud risk.
