Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Operations in Houston to drive efficient store operations and back-of-house excellence. You will oversee receiving, inventory, fulfillment, scheduling, expenses, and store technology while leading training and knowledge for all associates.

You will collaborate with leadership to ensure exceptional service, execute plans, and mentor a team to deliver consistent performance and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and standards to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor scheduling, expenses, and store technology to support efficiency.
• Lead training, onboarding, and product knowledge for all associates.
