Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and perform supervisory tasks.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are met and standards upheld.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and assist customers during peak periods.
