Job summary

Qualifications

Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
Direct staff to meet department standards and responsibilities.
Maintain customer service quality per manuals and policies.
Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
