Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking, and achieving key performance metrics. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires managing a team, overseeing labor budgets, and maintaining brand standards while ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualificações

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to employees through management channels.
• Provide coaching and development to the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain relationships with business partners.
• Assist in managing labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
