CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and operating a CVS/pharmacy store. You will drive store performance, manage staff, and foster excellent customer service to build loyalty and ensure safe, high-quality operations.

Responsibilities include supervising the store team, managing finances and inventory, and implementing action plans for service improvement. A full-time schedule, including early mornings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
