Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Store Manager in driving store execution, inventory control, and customer service excellence at a CVS/pharmacy location. You will lead a productive team, supervise tasks, and communicate effectively across staff and supervision.

The role requires strong leadership, deductive reasoning, and the ability to adapt to a full-time schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends. This is a full-time position with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to respond to urgent store issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store management activities and supervise the store crew.
• Communicate information clearly to staff and store supervisors.
• Support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
