Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provides training, conducts performance evaluations, and counsels when needed.
• Manage store opening/closing; ensure security and safety.
• Analyze sales and inventory to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee ordering and stocking to meet in-stock targets; review BSR/cycle counts.
• Maintain proper merchandising, pricing, and signage; control shrink and damages.
• Ensure cash control, key management, and adherence to company policies.
