Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Tempe, AZ. The role leads the daily sales floor operations, drives revenue, and ensures strong customer service. You will manage payroll and store budgets while developing a high-performing team.

The position requires at least one year in retail management and customer service, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel between GCNA locations and participate in training is essential.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management
• One-year customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the sales floor and supervise Store Teams.
• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve income, revenue, and production goals.
• Monitor product levels daily to hit sales targets and manage inventory.
• Ensure payroll and operating costs are within budget.
• Deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers and de-escalate issues.
• Travel to GCNA locations as needed for coverage and training.
